I slowly walked backwards as this man started to walk towards me faster and faster each time without even having to check behind him to make sure no one else was watching. I turned around and ran as fast as my little, skinny legs would take me I ran until that horrible man was out of sight, I almost choked on my own heart as I felt it crawl up my throat, I ran until I saw my flat it wasn't much but to me it was all I would ever need.

I turned around only to catch a glimpse of the blade as it went straight into the chest of that poor reporter. I immediately froze. Not knowing what to do until the murderer himself turned around and spotted me, it was then that I noticed the small scar on his forehead and I wondered how it got there? His eyes narrowed down to mine inspecting me to see if I had witnessed what he had just done. He must of known by the look on my face because I was never good at hiding my emotions. This is part of what I have written in my story. You probably think it is dark or gloomy but you don’t know the whole story yet. At the saying goes don’t judge a book by its cover.

I love to write stories, sometimes I base a story I am writing on a book I have read or am reading. Like the story I am writing now is based on a book I am currently reading called Smith. Smith (the book I am reading) is about a boy who pick pockets and is a witness to a murder that he is framed for so it is an interesting book so far.

When I was younger all I would think about was having fun but as I got older I figured out life isn’t just fun and games it can be hard but you have to keep moving you have to keep going no matter what happens, no matter what comes your way do what your heart tells you and you can never go wrong.
